HAPPY LONG WEEKEND.
Here is what we discussed at practice for what we would like to you do over the weekend. :) Remember, you don't necessarily have to accumulate all of it at once, but try to be diligent about completing everything as best as possible!
WARM-UP: Stretch / Yoga / Get heart rate up
45 Body squats (add a small amount of weight if you are able)
100 abs ( V-Ups, russian twists, sit-ups, seated row)
20-30 mins of aerobic activity
(running, biking, rowing, "heavy farm labor")
